I admit, I’m a sucker for a pretty face, a great book cover, and an fun contest! Kobobooks.com had a great promo on last week with a Kobo ereader to be won (along with a gifit certificate to fill it). The more books you bought, the more bonus entries you go, so I stocked up with The Dragon’s Path by Daniel Abraham, Still Waters by Donald Allen Kirch, Razor Wire Pubic Hair by Carlton Mellick III, The Tinkerer’s Daughter by Jamie Sedgwick, and The Princess’s Bride by KT Grant.
As always, I’m generally hopping between books as the mood grabs me. Teasing me for time and seducing my attentions this week are:
♥ Fezariu’s Epiphany by David Brown (interesting and well-written, a pleasant surprise)
♥ Vienna Dolorosa by Mykola Dementiuk (Mick never ceases to amaze and delight)
♥ The Seventh Veil by Heidi Cullinan (I’ve been looking forward to this one)
♥ The Betrayal by Pati Nagle (this week’s paperback in the purse)
As for What’s Beside My Bed? (a weekly meme hosted by Nanny at Getting Naughty Between the Stacks), I’ve got 3 reads this week:
♥ My Mistress’ Thighs by Giselle Renarde (I’ve been trying to stretch this out, but I’m almost done)
♥ Porn’s Stars II by Chris Burrows (I’m so excited about this one)
Well, that’s it for now . . . what are you reading?
